- Call girls or social workers are names given to prostitutes to make them feel accepted.
- In every city or town, either big or small, call girls are always roaming looking for men wanting sex in exchange for money.
- According to a recent search, women from certain tribes prefer prostitution to legit work in big towns.
Kikuyu and Luo women lead in city prostitution: The heinous act of prostitution has been around for ages. Religious books, the bible, and the Quran have all talked about women who sold their bodies. During this period, however, those caught were mostly stoned to death.
Prostitution has become just like any other form of employment for some of our young girls. With the introduction of Tinder, Badoo, and Instagram, girls have become whores selling their bodies in secrecy.
There are however those who are still doing it the traditional way. Roaming in highways, city pavements, and nightclubs.
A majority of these women move from city to city looking for areas with men willing to pay and sleep with them. Some work with gangs and help lure victims who eventually get robbed while trying to get laid.
Recent research has shown that a majority of young women selling their bodies are from two tribes in Kenya. The Kikuyu and Luo community.
The Kikuyu community, mostly known to be a business tribe took the lead followed closely by Luo women.
According to the research, out of 10 call girls interviewed in each town, an average of three were Kikuyus and 2 from the Luo tribe.
The big cities, Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Eldoret had almost half of the call girl population from the two tribes.
The Kamba followed closely at third place while other communities shared the remaining number. Luhya women were at the bottom in the list of women selling their bodies.
Kakamega town was listed as the town with the least number of call girls while Thika, Nairobi, Kisumu, and Mombasa led in that order.
Luhya women were hence named the best tribe to marry from in Kenya and with the least chances of prostituting.
